Shipping and Returns
Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping! All other orders are billed at flat fee rates, starting at $2, and adjusted based on items added.
Unworn and undamaged items with tags can be returned within 30 days of shipment date for a refund (excluding shipping and handling costs). Customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for a return.
Our site will undergo updates soon and at that time we will make our returns forms available online. In the meantime, if you would like to make a return, please email us at email@example.com so that we can assist you.
Because we are still a growing company, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, returned items will be refunded and, at that point, the customer can order a new item.
Defective Merchandise, Wrong Item, or Wrong Color/Size
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact customer service by using the online form, sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or calling 267-368-9988 before returning your item, so that we can assist you with your return. Please have your order number available.
